These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Extension Ranker (“Extension Ranker”, “ER”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a software-as-a-service product operated by Bitspark, LLC.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Extension Ranker provides analytics and insights related to keyword visibility, rankings, and listing performance in the Chrome Web Store.

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. We do not guarantee ranking improvements, traffic growth, or business outcomes.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend access for failed or overdue payments.

4. Refund

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or subscription downgrades.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or sublicense your account
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws

6. Data and Analytics

You retain ownership of data you submit.

By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your data solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating aggregated or anonymized analytics.

7. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our total liability related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
